2nd Thatcham Scout Group is one of the most active scouting groups in Berkshire and we're growing.
With a programme designed for 6 to 14 year olds, it's never too late to join the group. With nights away, trips and outdoor adventures, we've a full programme for everyone.

SCOUTS ENJOY JERSEY EXPEDITION
30 scouts, 4 explorers and 14 adults spent eight days on an expedition to Jersey this summer. Staying at the Jersey Scout Centre, scouts tried blokarting, coasteering, sea kayaking, cycling and lots of trips to the beach. The weather was sunny and warm! The troop plans to return in 2016....

SECOND CUB PACK OPENED

BEAVERS VISIT RAF MUSEUM AT HENDON
48 Beavers and 14 Leaders and helpers from Great Oak and Forest Colonies went to the RAF Museam in Hendon on Saturday and completed their Air Activities Badge.
